Academy Platforms offers a range of services aimed at assisting schools in their operational endeavors. These services are provided on an "as is" basis, and while utmost effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, no express or implied warranty is offered regarding completeness, accuracy, suitability, or availability of information, services, products, or graphics within the platform. Any depiction of third-party graphics or brands does not imply ownership or affiliation with these entities.

To access the services, your school or college administrator must have created you an account. Administrators must commit to furnishing accurate and complete information during the registration process and promptly updating account details of them, students and teachers as necessary. Safeguarding the confidentiality of your account and password is your responsibility, and you agree to manage access to your account or any linked credentials. Academy is not liable to any misuse in case you shared your login credentials like username and password. 

Your usage of Academy Platforms must adhere to legal and ethical standards. 

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Transmitting unauthorized advertising materials 

- Engaging in harassment, abuse, or harm towards individuals or organizations 

- Disrupting the experience of other users 

- Violating social norms or legal standards

All content and materials accessible through Academy Platforms, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Academy Platforms or its licensors, safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and related laws. Without explicit consent you may not modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from these materials. Sharing content on personal social media accounts is permitted, provided it doesn't negatively impact the platform's reputation.

Academy Platforms is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of any kind. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, error-free functioning, or the accuracy of information about people provided. It's important to note that the platform might not fulfill all specific requirements.

Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration based on the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction where Academy Platforms is located. Alternatively, resolution can be sought based on local government laws or regulations.
